Everything you need and lots of room to do it in.  Bring the whole family!  Bring grandma and grandpa!!  There's no steps!!!  It's all on one floor!!!  And it has an elevator!!!  So, you know... no steps.

Awesome views of the ocean from almost every window. Each bedroom has a bathroom. There're showers for the adults and a tub for the kids. Smart TV's in every room and plenty of space to relax in. Privacy if you need it. Kitchen has just about everything that you need. We're constantly upgrading to newer and cooler stuff.

The balcony has plenty of seating to just relax and watch the waves. At night out the front door you'll see the fireworks in Destin or get a great shot of the sunset.

Guests have access to the entire residence as well as the pool in the common area. The parking is right at the base of the building. No long walks. Out the front entrance is a walk way where pedestrians jog, stroll, ride bicycles, whatever. The beach and restaurant is literally right across the street. Grocery store is down the road and CVS just a little further. Hint: no parking worries for the restaurant

Well it is right across from the beach. Very short walk. There is also a wide paved path for walking, jogging or biking. Very kid friendly. Speeds on the street are 25mph. However during the summer months it's more like 15 to 20 mph.

One restaurant is across the street. Other areas like the outlet mall is a few minutes drive. There are other restaurants not too far away as in minutes.

There is an elevator as well as stairs to gain access to the residence. Heck I should just live here year round. It's just that amazing!!!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
